Culture

How can I ensure my team members are on the same page?

It has been said that it takes six minutes to steal your intellectual property, six months to steal your staff, but six years to replicate your culture. Businesses have a culture, whether they know it or not. Some cultures serve the business well, and many are counter-productive. Culture starts at the top with leadership, but the business owners need to know the context in which they are leading. A clear culture provides this, as well as ground rules for the behaviour of everyone in the business.

At Acuity, we understand how to distill the culture of your business, and how to ingrain it in the fabric of your business. With an initial two half-day workshops, we will have the core ingredients to then assist you with embedding the culture within your HR processes, and within your leadership team. Involving as many of your staff as possible in the second workshop will assist significantly with the buy-in to the culture, and give you the best possible chance of success.
