Swan Office Interiors, as they were formerly known, were a small business operated by a young couple, Shane Ball and Lene Sjobrend. Shane, with Lene's assistance, had started an office fit-out business, and by the time they engaged Acuity in 2009, they were already doing well. Their business was growing, and they wanted to take it to the next level.

We reviewed the business, distilled their market position, and developed some structure within the business to allow the principals to focus on higher value activities. We helped to provide clarity around their culture, keen to maintain their recipe for success as new people joined the business. Add in some new business development strategies, and new clients and markets opened up. 

Both Shane and Lene applied the coaching principles effectively, and the business has grown successfully and sustainably since. Now Swan Group, they are a market leader in building and project management in Western Australia.
